Cost and Registration

Registrants are urged to register before February 15, 2010 to obtain the early-bird registration fee and asked to apply using the online registration. The deadline for online registration is March 12, 2010. Any registration forms received by our office after this date will not be processed until you arrive at IWACOM-II.
*All deadline dates are in Japan Standard Time.


The deadline date is based on the arrival date of your application form to the Registration Office.

After March 12, On-site Registration will be available at the registration desk during the period of IWACOM-II We would appreciate your cooperation to register as early as possible.


Payment (except on-site) must be made in Japanese yen and can be made in one of the following methods:

Note: On-site payment is only by cash.


Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk at the workshop site to receive the workshop materials. If you need an invoice for the payment, please inquire to the Registration Office:


If you cancel your participation in the workshop, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. All refunds will be made after the workshop. (We will make a deduction of bank transfer fee from the amount to be paid back.)

When written notice of cancellation received:

  • Until February 15, 2010 : 20% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge
  • February 16, 2010 through March 12, 2010 : 50% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge
  • From March 13, 2010 : 100% of the registration fee (No refund)
