Payment

For international participants (non-speakers), payment (except onsite) must be made in Japanese yen by means of an international bank transfer:

Onsite (Cash only)
Only cash payments will be accepted for onsite registration.
Cancellation & Refunds
Paid registrants (non-speakers) who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute will be refunded if a request is received in writing one month before the workshop (September 11, 2015). In that case, 1,000 JPY is deducted as the handling fee from the total amount and the rest is refunded. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO refund will be made). There will be no refunds to authors of papers.
